COACHING AND SUPPORTS
TPECC coaches support coachees in translating their Individual Professional Development Plan into a prioritized work plan of specific goals and related activities.
Our coaches observe their coachees as they attempt new practices and provide specific feedback on their efforts.
As early learning programs work to grow and sustain their quality, coaching is a critical link to support continuous improvement.
You will work with one of our very experienced, credentialed coaches in a variety of areas.
- Positively addressing challenging behavior
- Support to navigate the Colorado Shines QRIS
- Infant/Toddler supporting EQIT
- Classroom environment including using the ERS-3 tools
- Child health and development
- Screening and assessment
- Management and administration
- And more!
